  95. on all Achieve software products.
  96. All ACHIEVE software products are protected under United States
  97. and international law by registered copyrights.  As a shareware
  98. distributor, you have permission to distribute our shareware in
  99. its original electronic form as long as you:
  100. * identify it as shareware (with an appropriate definition)
  101. * leave all intellectual property (copyright) notices in place
  102.   ..and as long as we do not request that you stop.
  103. That's it.

  105. You may archive our programs, unarchive them, use your own
  106. installation routines, include them with other programs on
  107. the same diskette, and do essentially anything you want as
  108. long as you follow these simple rules.

  110. We want the widest possible distribution, and don't want to
  111. stand in your way so long as you are honest with our mutual
  112. customer.  Our normal distribution sequence is:
  113.  
  114. 1  New versions are offered to our registered users and are
  115.    automatically shipped to new registrants.
  116.  
  117. 2  New versions are posted on CIS (Inquire to Jack 73304,404)
  118.  
  119. 3  Major revisions and new products are released through ??SDN.
  120.  
  121. 4  All ASP distribution members are included in the regular ASP
  122.    mailing. This saves both of us both money and effort; if you
  123.    are not an ASP  vendor or bulletin board member, please
  124.    consider joining. We have our application pending.
  125.  
  126. 5  Then, we send copies of major revisions of software to non-ASP
  127.    distributors who have notified us of their interest.  If you
  128.    are a catalog house, send us a copy of the catalog in which
  129.    the program appears, together with a copy of the diskette(s)
  130.    containing the program(s) you wish to distribute; we will
  131.    send you a copy of any major updates to our software.  If you
  132.    run a bulletin board, send us a diskette(s) containing the
  133.    program(s) you wish to distribute, and your mailing address,
  134.    and we will update the diskette and mail it back to you.
  135.    Since all program copies are serialized by to whom they
  136.    were originally sent, we are able to track registrations by
  137.    vendor.
  138.    As long as we receive registrations containing your number
  139.    for any product, we will continue to provide you with updates
  140.    for all products.
